Installing off road lights, jk oem (no fog slot) bumper

so im kinda new here but I have been browsing these threads for a while since i got my jk. bought some after market off road lights for xmas,

http://www.walmart.com/ip/Blazer-100..._fb_revshr_001

yes the are walmart but heck they are really good quality and 100w.

anyway ive run into a wiring/mounting situation. i noticed the green/red entanglement under the front bumper, possibly for stock fog lights that i dont even have inserts for.

loose plan is to wire those wires to my off road lights then mount the lights to some type of contraption near the front bumper.

questions are...will this wiring work? will i need a switch or other parts? and i like the mount that this guy did but id like to find out how he done it...

keep in mind low low ya low budget.

mentioned in an earlier post, get a solenoid switch (on/off), wire the control side of it to your on/off switch, wire the contact side to 12vdc via a correct sized fuse and correct sized wire for how ever many watts your running in those lamps.. take the othe switched side of the solenoid to the fog lamps..
