The K&N was $45 of it. The rest you can pick up at Home Depot. You do have to have a guy who can bend a 45 degree angle in the pipe. ( There is a pipe you can get for $50 that is already bent but then you are in the $140 range) The 3" couplers are $3.99 at home depot and are EXACTLY the same as the $10 - $30 ones you see online if not better. customizing the air sensor is the most time consuming part. I cut the housing out of the original pipe and fabricated it into the aluminum pipe. I noticed a huge gain in throttle responce and power at 2000RPM .

The part in my hand was just recently added. That is a $10 part for a rice rocket for the air sensor. It does not fit a Jeep sensor so you have to cut out the housing of the stock pipe and dremmel it down and use some gasket maker around the edges. Advanced Auto carries the part. The 90 degree tube is also at Advanced Auto and cost $10. Attached is a picture of the intake before the extra $20 in parts.

I bought the Cobra 19 DX IV 40-Channel Compact CB Radio from Walmart for $50. (Actually $40 in store, if I remember correctly)

I ordered the 4ft. Fire stick and install kit from rightchannelradios.com for another $50.

Has worked out well for me so far. Helpful hint: order the sir meter with it so you can tune the antenna. It's only @$12.

1997 Jeep TJ - Truly BUILT not BOUGHT! Purchased from original owner stock... obviously THAT didn't last long!
