I see you're in MD and/or VA... if you're ever in Virginia Beach give me a PM if you want to come see it.
We'll see... unfortunately I'm on the other end of the state living in between the New River Valley and on the MD side of DC. Who knows, maybe I'll bite the bullet and go pick up my bumper from BESRK rather than ship like I had planned

Here's what I recently did for under $100, actually under $50 (the steel cost me a 30 pack).....

Can you post a write up on this? And pics of how well it covers the bottom please?

Thanks,
Zach

Yessum

It feeds into the factory location except that I put either a 2 or 2 1/2" 90 degree elbow of PVC to connect to the bendy tube easier. The bottom of the angle fits very snug into the opening of the airbox and the top angle faces up so that the bendy tube just had to bend down to connect.

Yes, I'm running the factory filter and don't have to replace one every time I go Scuba Jeepin' now.

Rocker guards for $30

I bent and welded my own guards out of roll cage tubing. All I have in them is the cost of the tubes.

I like that color you painted your Jeep in. It's reminds me of some of the old Mopar colors (Sassy-Grass Green maybe?)

Sorry guys, I don't come in this section frequently so I just saw this this morning. I'm about to get off work (graveyard shift) and I'm heading out to the cabin for the holiday weekend. I'll try and snap a few shots when I get back.

For a lot less then $100 I made drink holders. I don't have a console and even when I did they never seamed to hold a bottle well so I came up with this.

Bad lighting but shows the mount.

I know the first thing I'm doing this 4th weekend. Great Idea.

I used scrap I had lying around. Glad someone likes them I tried selling these on E-Bay but had no luck.

3/16 flat stock with 3/8 hole drilled for mounting to stock windshield bolt.

1/8" x 1/2" x 1" channel welded to the stock and two holes 13/64 drilled and taped to hold bottle holders.

1/4" x 1/2" machine screws to attach holders.

Then the bottle holders.
