Glad I was not born North of the Mason Dixon Line.
After the northerners try so hard to call southerners ignorant and stupid and hillbilly, they always prove it's not the south they need to be trying to call attention to regarding that issue. Maybe he'll learn something from your English lesson.

Now to get away from spelling lessons, what was this thread about? Something to do with mods for less than 100 $$$?

Fabbed and installed a security deck on the back for around $20.00. I got the piece of aluminum diamond plate for nothing. I just had to cut to fit, prime and paint, and rivet it in.
Looks great man. What paint did you use for the seats? Also Is the paint holding up, or has it rubbed off at all? Has it rained on your seats yet? I am just wondering if the paint will hold up, because my seats look like crap. Thanks and great looking jeep.

Writeup? Those look good. What type of underbody protection to they offer? Are they tied into the frame?

Seriously though, I joined this forum a little over a year ago and I've followed your build closer than anybody else's. For awhile there it seemed as though your mods were following the ones I had planned for my own TJ. That is until those monster axles came into the picture .

Since I don't have a welder, I took my measurements for an overhead console to a local welding shop and this is the result: Price: $100 for both material and assembly. he primed it red (I painted it flat black).

I'm assuming that it sits with the tread plate side down and towards the front right? Are you just gonna use sheetmetal screws and mount a radio to it or something?

Thanks man! You know you want some monster axles now

I see you're in MD and/or VA... if you're ever in Virginia Beach give me a PM if you want to come see it.

the hooks will be wrapped around the roll bar, and the front will be connected to the windshield frame. after checking around, I found the best way to secure it will be to use nutserts (?) that way I can use bolts in place of screws. Correct, radios and extra light controls mounted into and on the diamond plate

That snorkel looks pretty clean. I am pleasantly surprised. I saw homemade snorkel and thought hack job. Where does it feed into the air box? Factory location? Are you still running the factory filter and everything?
