I actually wired them to my lights knob so they turn on anytime my lights are on. I work nights and it makes it much easier to find my cupholders when I drive.

I thought about doing that same thing. I found that the links get in the way once they're disconnected though because of the lack of movement in the upper joint. Either hits the spring or drag link and tie rod. Have you tried it yet?

Throw the photoshoppers a bone and post your executed mods, we would like to see the after pics. Copy and paste the url. http://www.jeepforum.com/forum/f59/executed-photoshop-mods-1417032/

It didn't work to my liking. I'd rather take the time and have them disconnect in the center.

Personal preference. I was just curious how it was working for you, but I see now.

Four wheeler fender bags. They were on sale, paid less than $30 for both. Took them off the four wheeler to use on the Jeep this weekend. The straps won't go all the way around the tire so I used a bungee across the bottom.

Let us know how it goes. Do you think the bungee is tight enough so the load won't shift of fall off if tugged my a limb?
