geesh, I guess I'm getting old, was trying to picture where the heck we put ours back in the 70's. seems on the back bumper next to the spare standing on one side.. it was in a custom made clamp if I recall? some guys had them on the front with their winches and tow bars, but the rear seems to ring a bell as to the most common mounting.. I'll have to dig around and find my old pic's..

Is the sprayers located in the hood on a TJ? Sorry about that! Mine was a YJ.

Yeah on a TJ the sprayers are on the hood. I never really thought about it while I was installing, because I know there are TJ kits that mount on the hood. I think I might just take a couple slices off of another rubber bumper to make the jack sit a tad higher. Flipper1, I am in no way blaming you for my troubles, and I still credit you with a great idea.

Hey guys,
What about inside the Jeep, along the floor in between the passengers seat and the door? Maybe under that lip? In at work right now and not near my Jeep, but does anyone know if there is enough room there?

I fabed up one today and copied Raider River mount and took about 3-4 hours including getting material, easy to do but would of probably would of been cheaper just buying it.

mounted mine on the hood and it works every time i have used it, it been there for two years now, i use it alot because it easy to get to compared to the others that are mounted inside of the ones that i wheel with, so they alway ask for mine, if you mount it out side just keep the running gears down so the dont get cloged up with crap..

I mounted mine inside using a set of 4xRacs by Hi-lift that I had sitting around. Keeps it clean and ready for use. I was able to use some of the bolts already in place. The pics tell the story.
