high lift jack

Anyone have any cool mods for securing the jack to the jeep. I would like to keep it inside the jeep if possible. (its 60' High lift jack.)

I'm not 100% sure you've got your hood rack installed right. On mine, in the high-lift-jack configuration, the bolt heads meet, that way some of the weight is transferred off the rack itelf and more onto the hood.

Charles, I use a http://www.masterlock.com/promos/pyt...hon_lock.shtml

to lock mine up.

I use a gunlock i got for free at my local outdoors store. If you keep your eyes open theyre not hard to find, I actually believe some sheriff stations will have free gun cable locks.
