high lift jack

Anyone have any cool mods for securing the jack to the jeep. I would like to keep it inside the jeep if possible. (its 60' High lift jack.)

excellent idea! been keeping mine secured with a bungee cord and that is really not good practice lol.

84 CJ7 new 258,Howell TBI, Borla header/exhaust, clutch, repainted engine compartment,frame and most of undercarriage,jks discos and a host of other new stuff under the hood :)
update: no rust, new floors, stripped, primed, filled, blocked, and repainted with PPG Concept Garnet Metallic. Hardtop freshly painted, all trim painted in black metallic with a bit of flatener mixed in. New seats, carpet, console, roll bar pad, seat belts,dash, flares, windshield, seals, tire carrier and more!

It's a custom downfiring sub box with 2 "10 kicker comp vr.

I'm not 100% sure you've got your hood rack installed right. On mine, in the high-lift-jack configuration, the bolt heads meet, that way some of the weight is transferred off the rack itelf and more onto the hood.

to lock mine up.

I use a gunlock i got for free at my local outdoors store. If you keep your eyes open theyre not hard to find, I actually believe some sheriff stations will have free gun cable locks.

well guys its actually my friends jack, and to be honest he never really worrys about that... not too much theiving going on around here, but it could always happen, guess you never know...

also LOL to the bike lock, that sounds like something id do!
