Falling mirrors!

The good news . . . I just installed my new soft top and it seals really well. I can actually see out of the windows now.

The bad news . . . I just installed my new soft top and it seals really well. Uhhh, actually a bit too well. Went out for lunch yesterday and opened my door to see my mirror sitting on the dash. I guess the heat caused it to fall off or I had a case of vapor lock or something.

Any suggestions on how to remount it? I'm guessing super glue would be out of the question?

Thanks in advance.

They sell a rear view mirror adhesive kit at your local auto part stores. If you want to, take it to a local body shop or windshield replacement shop.

just look at this as the perfect opportunity to mount your mirror at the TOP of the windshield, rather than 4" down where it obstructs your view

I only wish mine would fall off...
