Awesome write up. I want to do this to mine but I'm planning on doing the exterior in Monstaliner, wondering if I should do vents before or after that. Any advice or comments are always appreciated.

Do the vents first so the liner protects the exposed metal inside the holes.

Yeah but I was looking at doing a mesh on the inside, then riveting it on to keep large debris out. I don't want the liner to muck up the mesh and also don't wanna be drilling out rivets just to line it.
I see your point about getting it to cover the exposed metal, but I plan on getting a quart of Monstaliner's "chassis saver" (with free promo code) that I could probably use to coat it.
