Craftsman Jack question

I know I know, this belongs on some hydrologics forum, but I figure somebody here must have had the same problem as me. So I put new orings in my craftsman professional 4 ton jack that is only a year old because it leaked all the fluid out. It doesn't leak now but (I'm an idiot I know) I turned the screws that say "DO NOT ADJUST" I was wondering if anybody here has this jack and could tell me what their jack screws are set to. Like how many turns from all the way in, etc. I have a lot of work to do on my XJ and need to get it off the ground. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
