Replace it, they dont cost too much... Amazon has a good selection 150 shipped, buy the extra bolts they help.
Follow http://dailydriventj.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=847 and the repair manual
Real easy if ya dont break everything else in your engine bay as you go

...then it cracked and I replaced it with an aftermarket unit that lasted 7 years+ until I sold the jeep.

Replace it. Weld doesn't really hold up on the cast manifold.

Exactly don't weld it it's a waste of time.I've used this one before on a Cherokee it was inexpensive and worked awesome! Its a beefed up better that factory one.

I went through 6 manifolds on my 99 TJ, first one cost me $500 for parts and labor, them 6 months later it was cracked, went to a jeep specialty shop and paid $700 to replace it, the jeep shop replaced a total of 3 under warranty, then I said "screw it, Im going to replace it myself". I bought one off of eBay for $60, it had a lifetime warranty. slapped it on and never had another problem again. I was paying $200 for the part at the auto parts house.
