Chopped my stock front fenders!

Here is what a few pieces of painters tape, a 4" cutoff wheel on a grinder, and a barbaric desire to chop perfectly good fenders can get you.

P.S. sorry for the crappy blackberry pics.

Now this week I'm going to wire up some LED turn signals, and marker lights to stay semi-legal. I'll post better pics tomorrow with my actual camera, instead of my phone.

Do you have any close ups of the cut edges? How are you going to finish it off? Looks good, I am considering....

FYI don't buy cheapo LEDs. You'll have problems with them bonking out on you. And don't fall into the trap of the more LED = Better lights! that's a bunch of crap, it's the quality not the quantity! check out www.buytruckstuff.com I got my American Superlite (ASL) brake lights there. Awesome warrenty too! IF they ever die, EVER, you get new ones! Look forward to the pics!

You can... kind of. The headlights are so god damn bright that if you look at them you won't see much of anything. The bulbs say DOT approved on them, so I don't care how bright they are. The amber lights are just so I can say that I have marker lights. Now I "should" just put some reflective tape facing the front, sides, and rear.
