by a JF membership, the sticker does wonders!!! It got my jeep all the way to ATL w/o ever turning the ignition!
Currently I have 3 JF stickers on my Jeep. I see 50 HP & 100 ft/lbs gain with each sticker. That reminds me, I still have one more in a drawer. But I need to reinforce the frame before I do any more power adders.

Geez, I am new to the Jeep 'thing' and was excited to see what cheap mods could be done. I guess there really aren't any. But looking at parts, these things really aren't that expensive... It's relative I guess. I've build Corvettes, Grand Nationals and most recently a 69 Camaro. Those are expensive.... I can't wait to dig into my 2000 TJ.
I didnt have time to read the whole thread so Im not sure if it has been brought up yet. I had a 02 GC with the 4.0 and when it got it it was knocking back about 12mpg. I had the dealer install new plugs.. when I first got it I put some fancy expensive plugs into it and my milage got worse. I added a CAI, Gibson cat back exhaust, cleaned the throttle body and associated sensors, the trans serviced then changed out the Fuel injectors.. Before i got rid of it I was avereageing 17.5-19mpg depending on city/highway and how much I beat on it. Unfortunately I didnt record the milage as I added the parts to it so I cant tell you exactly what brought it up. I felt the biggest difference with the injectors. Oh If i did strictly highway driving it would get about 23mpg.

wow you'd think this guy asked if there were cheap upgrades for his hummer, with all the stupid answers he got, flux capacitors, wow you are probably the fat kid who sat home eating mommies cookies all day watching back to the future when you should have been trying to graduate middle school. install a cold air intake, change your plugs, wires, cap, and rotor, and make sure your oil is clean, if not change it, and when yur done run down to a parts store, walmart, or kwik trip, and get some sea foam, add half to 3/4 of that to your oil, then add whatever is left and another 3/4 to full bottle to your gas. ive been in your shoes before and you'd think the jeep forum would be a good place to find an answer...........for your JEEP. However there are so many inbreads on here its ridiculous. Anything after that will be pretty expensive though, but if you take care of all of that, I think you'll notice a difference. To all of you who think you and your Jeep make u cooler than anyone on here, go get a hummer!
its kinda like this, if you saw another Jeep broken down on the side of the road, would you stop and help? theres supposed to be some sort of commradrie between jeepers, and then you read all the dumb dumb DUMB answers this guy got, and you have to ask yourself WTF?.............................................. ....................is wrong with my computer, I typed in Jeep forum.
