For YJ's, find or search ebay for a TJ gas filler, then relocate your filler from back to the side like the TJ's. No more flip *****.

I actually just did this the other day.

If youre like me, you can never seem to find a tire pressure gauge when you need it. So while I was at AutoZone, I noticed they had some little 1.5" tire guages with a magnet attached to it. The cost was $2.50+tax. I went out the jeep and stuck it on the drivers side of the windshield frame.

I took some skateboard tape (2 sheets @ $6 each) and cut out pieces to fit on the top of the fender flares. It conceals some 'to the metal' scratches I have, as well as protect from new dings and problems. Plus, it gives me somewhere to put tools and drinks while working under the hood.

With the leftover I had, I made some door sill protectors as well. I'll post links to the pics I take of them tomorrow.

I thought this was "Cheap Mods". Those carabiners are like $15 each, unless you pick them up as wall booty. Why use a locking Omega Jake when there are other, cheaper, non-locking keychain 'biners out there?

You don't need a REAL one (climbing rated), get a key ring one for 99 cents

I know, I was just pointing out that that guy used the expensive ones.

Um, you know you can just unscrew the whole "flippin" plate and drill it into the other side right?

You could say the same thing about your YJ. YJ's aren't "Jeepish" because they have square headlights.

I don't get it, we buy what we like, and you shouldn't be worried about what others like.

The unlimiteds are in many ways like a CJ-8. Just a stretched version of the prior model.

I think a better alternative to putting a small carabiner on the seat pull tabs is to go to a hardware store and get little screw pin D-rings. They usually have some that are the size of a keyring or a little bigger. Seems more Jeepish to me.
