Any rear leaf tricks for sagging?

I have a 2001 cherokee sport, the rear leafs seem to have some sagging goin on. It irritates me abit, just curious if there is any tricks to leveling it back out for now until i lift it.

Also has anyone had a rear leaf break? Does it happen often and should i worry of that right now?
