95 grand cherokee speed limiter/governor removal

I was wondering how to remove the speed limiter. I can only get up to 82 mph. And on the free way or when passing a bunch of slow people its very frustrating. Bcuz it also seems to not let me get to top speed so fast. I heard u can remove a fuse or something. So i was wondering what fuse number or how to disable it.

There is no governor at 82MPH, you have another issue.

Your governor is probably a weak fuel pump or another issue
.

What everyone above said. Even when my ZJ was on undersized tires and a half-dead PCM, I could get it over 100 easy. You've got some other problem.
