I've got a question for you. Typically we don't have much of an issue breaking mounts and we stress them fairly hard. What we do have an issue with is the heat from the exhaust manifold on the driver's side overheating the urethane bushing and allowing it to sag inside the tube.

What is the breakdown temperature before deformation takes place on your bushings?

This is for TJ's with the 4.0 97-01 at least.

Also, have you had any issues from folks with the 2" lifted mounts having mount to frame bracket interference on the passenger side of the same rig?

Typically you wind up with them running into each other if you run more than 1" of motor lift.

I am getting the data for maximum continuous operating temperature, and saturation temperature for structural deformation. When I get that, I will get back to you.

Regarding vehicle design conflicts with the two inch mounts, I can only say that in the installations I have seen, and from customer comments, I do not know of a situation like the one you describe. I always encourage our customers to get back with me on any problems, so that design changes can be made if needed.
