I can't figure out the difference between the 232 and the 233 with the steel ring. I do want a quote once I figure out which one I want.

Sounds good! The 232's is a black wheel with a polished rim face, then with a black steel ring.

The 233's is an all polished wheel.

I would do steel ring. So you just need to decide if you want an all polished wheel or black with a polished look. If you wheel at all then the 232 black will get scratched. I would probably do the 233 with steel. Regardless the steel rings are all black.
