Also, what's the plan and timeline for a tranny/oil pan skid? You've got my attention that's for sure!
Unfortunately the mount that I am currently working on won't work with EARLY TJ's with automatic transmissions.

At this point it appears that the LOPRO mount may be limited to standard transmission TJ's only. The automatic transmission pans are the problem. They hang LOW and interfere with the skid plates when lowered into the skid with the LOPRO mount.

Will you be adding more info to your blog on the lowpro mount in the coming weeks? Are you taking preorders for the mount?

I posted on my blog about the price increases a few weeks ago. Just raised the price last week.

My cost went up on the carbon steel skids.

I think they are still very reasonable priced. There certainly aren't any other options at that price level, especially after you consider the JF discount.

i understand, i was gonna go steel for the price, being a high schooler on a budget, but its looking like the aluminum will almost be just as expensive after shipping

These are estimates based on zip code:

$25 for Aluminum
$43 for 3/16" Steel
$60 for 1/4" Steel

I got mine this morning. This is the highest quality product I have ever seen. one word describes it. Excellent.

I did Install this skid with only a JKS 1 in body lift and a JKS 1 in MML.

Check out the skid next to a DP can.

Before TT

After TT

Looks great... How much clearancing work was required to install the Ultra High Clearance skid with a 1" body lift?

I did no kind of clearancing to the Tub, no triming to the skid for exhaust or D.S. I will take a good picture in the morning to show.

Thanks for offering a great product for a great price Matt.

Also wanted to give my friend. "imped4now" a shout for hooking me up with your company.
