Who is running NalinMFG tweeter mounts? How are they working for you?

This poor page is in need of some reviews, help the next guy out!

The tweeter mounts are well designed and put the tweeters in a good spot. I havent noticed much of a difference in my Polk DB speakers from my Pioneers though. I figured I wont until I hook them up to an amp.

It does make me wonder if there isn't something manufactured funny with certain Jeep's AC tubes though...to my knowledge you are the only other case that ran into a snag with depth clearance. The DB5021 is a very popular choice though, you will love them!
I don't recall what year the guy had but like his, mine is a Sahara... maybe there is a small difference somewhere? Who knows? Who cares? It's all good!

I believe it was either a 2000 or 2001 if I recall. I hadn't realized that you both have Sahara's...I guess that is good info to know in case someone else runs into this!

I hear ya though, there's not a lot to be done on this end other than suggest a shallower speaker to guys driving certain 2000 Sahara's if they don't want to rotate their brand of choice. I'm happy that you were able to develop such a simple solution to correct the issue!

Got my Adapters installed, along with some new Clarion 5.25 speakers. Love the adaptors.

I ran into a small issue that I haven't seen brought up yet. In my 1997 TJ, my glove compartment does not use the nylon strap to prevent it from opening all the way (and falling on the floor), however it has an arm/lever that protrudes out and rests inside the dash to prevent this. With the install of the larger speaker, the arm/lever would hit the speaker and the glove compartment wouldn't close. I had to cut the plastic arm/lever. I will now be in search of the nylon strap set up. I'm sure I'll find one cheap. I would have posted pics, but there is no Upload option for me on this thread some reason.

On another note, I gave NalinMFG a shout out on another thread. Hopefully it will send some business your way.

Thanks! Reviews enable me to put out a better product while letting other Jeepers know what to expect.

I am truly appreciative of everyone who leaves reviews on NalinMFG.com, and this forum.
