Kolak has done it again! I've paid Thorley to make one more batch of the best ZJ V8 headers ever made. It's my goal to have the ZJ live forever so I'll keep having these made as long as there is demand
They are a tri-Y, three collector design offering excellent low end torque and a very broad powerband.
They're ceramic coated and thus offer great heat rejection. This keeps underhood temperatures lower and keeps exhaust gas velocities higher. They are made from very heavy 14 gauge tubing and have 3/8" laser cut flanges. Thus there are no problems with warping or cracking.
The headers come with a crossover pipe and a complete replacement Y pipe. Also gaskets and bolts are included.
Power gains are very impressive. Tests showed a FOUR SECOND reduction in 0-100 times. It feels like you're driving a completely different vehicle once they are installed.
I'll make the pricing as low as possible because my goal is to have as many people as possible be able to enjoy the Thorley headers.

As you've seen, oftentimes manufacturers will discontinue an item which, to us, seems like a brisk seller. But to them it's an interruption of their manufacturing capability and process to produce a product which sells perhaps 40 units annually vs. hundreds of units of their A movers.
They'd rather discontinue something and favor more current, high demand items.
I'll post here when the quantity gets really low to try to give you a head's up.

Of course, that's never stopped aftermarket manufacturers from discontinuing their monopolies before.
