We have the Bit Hit rear bumpers in stock, in both the fully welded and unwelded versions. Let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks Troy

If you looking for a high clearance bumper that will take a pounding and can still pull a trailer your search is over.

Both welded and unwelded versions are in stock ready to rock.

Thanks Troy

Can you build one of these in aluminum?

This bumper is designed and built for the serious off road vehicle. Fully dressed it weights in at 40lbs and is designed to take some serious abuse. Making this out of aluminum would save ~15 lbs in material weight and in my opinion is not worth the sacrifice in strength and or the increase in material cost.

This is the bumper I have been looking for. Do you have a version that would fit a CJ?

We don't have access to a CJ to do a test fit up. Can you send me a PM on the outside to outside edge of the rear frame rails as well as the height of the frame.

Thanks Troy

I understand you can't give the hitch a rating, but what size trailer could I pull with it, and also does it come with safety chain tabs?

And...one more question, who makes this tire carrier?

Sorry for all the questions!

Sorry for all the questions!
I regularly pull a 2,300 lbs trailer with my Jeep, keep in mind that a hard recovery or yank when stuck is much much harder on your vehicle than pulling a utility trailer full of bark chips. We can weld on safety chain taps, just leave us a note during check out and we will get some welded on for you at no additional charge.

As for the bumper that looks to be an OR Fab tub mounted tire carrier.

We have the bumpers in stock ready to ship out in the mail today.

Thanks Troy

If your looking for a no non-sense bumper that is build to tow and take a serious trail pounding then take a look at our Big Hit bumper.

Just placed an order for v2.0! This is in my opinion the best looking low profile rear bumper available anywhere! I'll leave a review after I get it welded up and installed. I love the press brake and arbor plates that I have from you already they've helped a ton with making axle trusses/brackets for numerous Jeep builds.
