These are an item that we do not directly manufacture. One of my vendors is unloading some of their stock. The name of the vendor is Crown Tech and they sent me an e-mail with some details that these units are un-badged Warn units with the same production line making both, just these do not have the "W" cutouts.
With that they are made from 3/16" steel on the bumpers, the front bumpers have the clevis mounts, the rear bumpers have the receiver mount, and the tire carrier uses a 1.5" solid shaft to swing the carrier unit on.
