Is the vendor area open to anyone without a Jeep in the event? Do I have to buy the $60 ticket just to look around? Kinda wondering if I'm gonna drive all that way now.

The 60 is only if you are participating. If you just want to be a spectator its 5.00 per person. 60 gets you on all the trail rides, obstacle courses, etc.

Thanks! I didn't see spectators mentioned anywhere on the site. I really want to find somebody with seats I can try out while im there. That's my next big purchase. There gonna be stuff you can buy and take home ?
