It's December already so Christmas is coming up fast. This is my sixth year offering this special pricing, so it's a holiday tradition for Santa Kolak to put his Kolak Exhausts on special for 20% off regular pricing during the holidays.
I've been offering custom exhausts for the Jeep ZJ, WJ, XJ, and TJ for 16 years now as I'm sure many of you know. Thousands of Jeepers all over planet earth are using my exhausts on their Jeeps, and this will be a great opportunity to join the crowd and save a bundle.
For this sale I'm offering fully 20% off my regular prices. So you'll save upwards of $75.00! I've held the line on pricing all year long, so if you missed out on last year's sale you won't pay a penny more.
Prices are going up January 1st for the first time in nearly 10 years so this is added incentive to jump in on this year's sale.
The most obvious benefit of a properly constructed free-flowing exhaust is more power and of course a healthy exhaust note. You'll also be pleased to know that fuel economy gains are also significant - I've received endless reports over the years of gains from 1 mpg to as much as 2.5mpg.
All of my exhausts follow a very important methodology:
1) The stock tubing size is increased to what is correct for the engine displacement. In the case of the 4.0 I6, the correct diameter is 2.5". For the 4.7, 5.2, and 5.9 V8 engines, 3" diameter is best for maximum power and efficiency.
2) The main catalytic converter is replaced with a high flow unit. The typical stock Jeep converter flows just 270 cfm. My recommended Magnaflow high flow converters flow 425-450 cfm depending on inlet/outlet diameter. These are the highest flowing ceramic converters on the market, the winners of the Hot Rod magazine converter shootout test. I also am now offering California legal converters as an extra cost option.
3) The muffler is replaced with a free-flowing unit. Here I recommend Flowmaster mufflers, specifically the 3-chamber design. These have no rpm sensitive drone or resonance.
4) Last up is the tailpipe. Here I have my custom Kolak Performance mandrel bent tailpipes. Mandrel bending allows tight radius bends with no restriction.
I have setups available for the WJ, ZJ, XJ, and TJ. Just send me a PM with your email address and vehicle information and I'll send you detailed information and pricing.
