This topic seems to come up very often, and I'd like to give everyone the details behind it.
I am able to give free UPS ground shipping to residents shipping to the lower 48 states. Any items shipping via truck freight will be eligible for a discounted rate. I can also give discounted rates for express shipments. International, Hawaiian, and Alaskan customers are eligible for discounted rates as well. Canadian customers ordering large items, such as wheels, tires, bumpers, etc... I can get custom truck freight quotes to drastically reduce the rate seen in the shopping cart.
My hours are 9am to 5pm Eastern, Monday thru Friday. I will generally respond within 24 hours of receiving your message. All messages received between 5pm Friday evening and 9am Monday morning (over the weekend), will have responses typically by Tuesday, the following day. Occasionally I am out of the office, and unfortunately these days will not be reflected anywhere online. In this event, I will respond at the earliest time that I can to everyone.

Please Private Message me to place an order. This will keep your personal information guarded along with keeping this thread cleaner.
What should you include in
your message?
Send me the item numbers and quantities you'd like to order. Along with that, also send your name, address, and phone number. This will not finalize an order for you, but allows it to be in the final step before completion. Once the order is placed on hold, I will reply with the order number and additional information to complete it. At this time, it is your choice to accept the order and call in your payment, or decline it and it will cancel automatically after 2 weeks.
For returning customers:
If you've placed previous orders with me, or the company and would like to skip over the call into sales for payment, just let me know the last 4 digits of the card you've previously used and I'll take care of it! Once I have the order set up, I'll just apply that card to the order and off it will go. Our shipping cut off time is 4pm Eastern.
