Dusty,
Do ya'll have a YJ in the parking lot? Could you just set one on the hood and take a pic for me? I really don't mind doin a little customization to it to make it fit.
Thanks

If you could email them to dusty@poisonspyder.com that would be great. I could take them as hi-res as you can send. Thanks!

I'll see if we have a YJ or at least a YJ hood somewhere around here and try to grab that shot for you.

map93xj - Looks really good! What did you use to paint it? And where did you score the black bolts? or did you paint them?

Its Hotrod black and I had the bolts painted the same color. Its the same color you would fine on the hood of a 69 Boss Mustang.

I remember you saying it was hotrod black, but I was curious to know if you did it yourself and if so did you use a gun or rattle can? Or did you have a shop paint it? It looks professional

A friend of mine who owns a paint shop shot it. It was shot with a gun in the booth. He also shot my side armor and fenders. He does good work. The bolts I clean up and sanded with 320. They are the bolts supplied with the hood piece. The paint stuck on them real good, none of it came off when the louvers were installed.

I was asking this before. I would like to paint mine to factory match the jeep. Any idea's what that would cost for a body shop to paint it? I don't want to rattle can it myself.
