Sweet, but I don't no the first step about painting bare metal. I see you can order it in spray cans. Do i just spray it on the bare metal? Any clear coat needed? Any help would be appreciated.

It's not bad at all, I actually prefer to paint bare metal vs already painted. If you decide to paint yourself shoot me a PM and I will give you my phone number and we can chat about it. I can tell you everything you will need to know

I am looking for Louvers soon. the Texas heat makes me wary of the heat under the hood. Can you tell me what the advantages of your louvers vs other manufacturer's. And if the singular piece louver will be more beneficial than let's say a 5 piece one.

Thanks!

It's all personal preference, if you have one solid louver vs a 5 piece louver but they cover the same amount of surface area then they will function the same.

Its not a question of difficulty. Yeah its a simple modification to the CAD drawings. Its a question of time resources, we simply have not taken the time to do it yet. We hope to do so soon though.

He's right. We're not going to make any big claims that our single big louver panel works better than the multiple small louver panels. It pretty much comes down to aesthetics and personal preference. Our big louver panel might not be for everyone, and that's fine as there are other options on the market. On the other hand there are those who like the look of it. To each his own

If the only difference between the 97-02 TJs and 03-06 TJ's is the windshield washer nozzle then all you need to do is remove the T-connection to split the water path into two. Remove the pipe from the connector and push it on to the single nozzle. Simple, just keep one nozzle from your hood for the louver.

I think the nozzle is different also, but could probably still be done without a huge amount of work
