I assume the inner fenders are or will be available for all the Defender models? One of the selling points that have kept me looking elsewhere, but something I'm very interested in when I finally drop the coin on a set of fenders.

They will be available for the DeFender XC (high-lines) when that product is launched. They will also become available for the standard DeFenders at a later date.

That's disappointing ...I've no plans to do high line (no desire to cut or replace hood)

I guess I'm not understanding your disappointment. I said the inner fenders WILL be available for the standard DeFenders.

Any deal on the aluminum defender right now?
I'm looking for the largest flared aluminum
small side plates and marker lights.
What else is needed to bolt these on? 2006 lj
Do you have to do any cutting on the original fender?

I have the 3" defenders. You are basically cutting off your factory fender or trimming it to within about an inch of where your hood sits. You also slightly trim your inner fender and bolt it to the defenders. Basically everything but your inner fender gets cut out and removed. I did it all with an angle grinder in a morning into late afternoon.

Well they definitely won't be cheap LOL...but they will be priced, like all of our stuff, at a fair price based on what it costs to manufacture them.

There are no special offers currently on the DeFenders, the "Spyder Direct" price you see on our website is 10% off MSRP and is our best current price. Yes you need to cut off the outer parts of your OE fender, and retain the inner fender.

After we're done rolling out the new Extreme Clearance versions (highline), we'll be going back and looking at doing some wider width versions. Sorry I do not have a time estimate for that.

That's ok. I know the more people ask the more likely it is to happen. I hope to see them soon.
