I posted some mostly finished pictures of my Defenders about a week ago, just wanted to show off some "finished" pictures. Again, I added an extra 3/4" hole for a marker light on the sides, and I also added a rubber bumper for the hood to rest on because it was rubbing the paint off the fenders without a bumper like the factory bumpers had.
EDIT: My bad, you would think I would know how to adjust my settings on JF by now.
Great product you guys have put together and you have covered all of the bases.
BTW, offer a hood and it will sell. The cutting of the hood and getting it right can be tricky and an AEV is just not in the cards for most.
Highline TJ DeFenders are just about ready for production. Here are the 3" Tapered Flare version, test-fit on the LJ we're currently building as Larry's next trail rig:
Battery tray lift bracket will come with the kit, like with the standard DeFenders that are already in produciton. Air box and other fender-mounted accessories will be up to the installer to mount or relocate as needed.
The inner fenders are a 3-piece design, bolt-together so they're less bulky to ship, made of aluminum.
The 3" Tapered's are our favorite so far. These will also be available in Negative Flare and Zero Flare, and each variant in both steel and aluminum.
We're not sure yet of a production date for these but I'll update this thread when I have some info on when these will be available. In fact we'll probably start a new thread here in the vendor section just for the Highlines once they're in production.
