Vertical would be better. The way you have them now would throw more water and mud up inside them.

Same situation here in MD.

You should, in no way, take any of this personally. It's just business. So to recap, I come in peace, I mean you no harm, and you all will die. Gallaxhar out.

John Grounds (Driver831 here on JF) rig will be in our display, with the 3" DeFenders. Check them out and while you're there, make sure to ask our peeps for a wristband and tokens for the party we're throwing on Saturday night in conjunction with RockKrawler, Rigid Industries and sPOD

I was looking over the CAD designer's shoulder and saw him working on some 5" ones.

What was this in reference to? I'm not sure what you're talking about...

I'm already saving up for when these come out for the YJ. I think they look great.

This would be the perfect width for most of us. They would cover my tires completely. Looking forward to them being released.

I live in MD, and am getting ready to install my zero flares shortly, but my tires already stick out a couple inches from the factory flares and I haven't had any trouble with the local/state law enforcement yet... *crosses fingers*

One install idea for those who opt for the optional Spyder inserts. You can stack the included blank insert behind it for contrast, or to seal up the side of the DeFender.

Only what we've already stated about them. We will work on different widths after we're done rolling out the rest of the lineup of standard DeFenders for YJ and CJ (in negative, zero and 3"), then the TJ highlines. After that we'll revisit adding different widths for some of the models based on demand.
By the way, YJ is just about done. I'll probably be posting up about them again here in the next couple of days.
