Thanks guys for the comments.

Here's some more work on the inner fenders for the high-lines. Turned the cardboard patterns into a sheetmetal prototype.

We're considering the idea of offering a couple of insert options for the inner fender..solid, perforated for cooling, etc.

Despite having non-highline Genright flares, I've been waiting to see what you guys come up with. Looks like I'll be upgrading when these come out ...and a vented or perforated inner fender is just too BA. I've seen one other company do it and they're very $$$. I know your prices will be competitive.

Can't wait to see more!

EDIT: A fiberglass highline hood would also seal the deal.

Anyone got any before/after pictures of their Defenders encounters with rocks and other obstacles? Really curious how durable they actually are, I have 3" weld on rears on the way, and will be placing an order for the 3" front soon.

Savvy raced with them in the KOH Every Man challenge. Im sure they banged them on some rocks and they still looked good as new.

This is the "Negative Flare" version of our prototype High-Line DeFender for TJ (it will also be available in Zero Flare and 3" Flare versions). Note that it moves the top of the fender up to the horizontal ridge in the side of the hood/cowl to provide massive tire clearance. The back of the wheel opening is also much further back than stock. This is an unfinished prototype piece we made for doing some initial fitment. The final version will be much more refined.

The lines of the High-Line DeFenders will flow nicely with the Jeep's grille.

A sheetmetal inner fender will be available for the High-Line DeFender, mocked up here in cardboard (for those of you wishing for an inner fender option for our regular DeFenders, that will be forthcoming as well).

As with other manufacturers' highline fenders, these will require trimming the bottom edges of your stock hood or purchasing an aftermarket hood designed to work with high-lines. We are thinking of offering our own high-line compatible hood in fiberglass.

I'll post up more photos and info as they become available. And for those of you still waiting for us to finish up the YJ and CJ regular DeFenders, those are pretty much done, just waiting on final revisions and assembly fixturing.
Let me know as soon as those YJ Defenders are ready. I want to order complete armor for my project.

3D CAD work on the high-line DeFenders is just about done, drawings should be going to laser cutting very soon

Not yet. The base fender will be a little higher since there's more metal in them than the standard DeFenders, but it won't be too bad since the labor is about the same. But the optional inner fenders will be probably be a significant extra cost, if you want to run them.

Waiting for some wider options. Have to keep our tires covered in MA. My stock RME flares don't quite cover them all the way, but I have gotten away with it so far.
