Buying a dana 30 & a dana 35 diff cover is a lot cheaper than replacing the front & rear ring & pinion

Hi Dan,

Do you no longer countersink for flat head bolts in your covers?
Were there problems connected with doing this?

We stopped doing that a couple of years ago. The reason being was 1 in 10 covers would not line up. So it became of a problem then it was worth.
