Would you please post back and tell us your opinion of quality and any other thoughts related to the product? I am very interested in it as my TJ is a rock magnet and I replace windshields at least once a year.

Thank you

Of course. I was going to anyway since he is a top notch salesman and this thread is full of skeptics. Myself included.

great! can't wait to see what you think.

i put at least one windshield in my jeep per year...and I still spend a few months every year driving on a cracked windshield like I am right now.

sometimes rock chips start the crack, but mostly its because of rapid temperature changes in the winter at high elevation....it'll be -20F outside in the AM and as soon as the sun hits the windshield....blame it cracks from one end to the other.

I am also driving on a cracked windshield. It runs vertical right in MY passenger view. If I was on that side like the rest of you leftys, it would have been replaced ASAP.

Replacing the glass around here is only around $120-$140. The place I went offered free replacement for the first year for only $1 more. Which is TOTALLY worth it in a DD Jeep. But as always, my glass cracked a month after the first year. New glass every or every other year gets annoying.

I can not wait to get my new windshield.

Mail crawling.

The only thing holding me back is that it's not DOT approved and it's my daily driver. Would think rhat the current cracked windshield would be more of a cop magnet than a non DOT windshield without cracks though.
