Do I need to primer bare metal for this to properly work? what type of cleaner to do recommend I clean the frame with before application? I just fixed my leaky power steering hoses and want to make sure to use the right cleaner so this stuff will stick the best

Sorry I missed this post.

No primer needed. Degrease everything with Zep or Simple Green type water base degreaser and let dry 24 hours

Rough sand (60 grit) any bare clean metal. Medium sand (100 grit) any old paint and make sure to dull glossy areas. Wire brush rusty areas to remove anything loose.

Brush on 2 or 3 thin coats

Is free shipping just on the monstaliner, or any product ordered? I'm just interested in the chassis saver

Sounds good. I just bough a quart off eBay and I'm going to try it on my bumpers/rocker guards and hopefully get my frame done when I get my garage cleaned out. When I get some of they parts done I'll post some pictures.

It won't stay Black if you get black, but you can use it as a base coat to paint and it will still protect the metal perfectly.

Is it better to spray or brush on? How much do you need to coat a frame? Do you need to put a primer coat before the coat of chaissis saver with/without bare metal?

From what I've gathered 1quart will give about two coats on a frame.
