The control arm bushings are urethane and both ends are greasable.

The kit components all come in a single box. We are not set up to sell the kits w/o control arms. We set the the durometer of the bushings to provide firm handling, but not beat you to death. The bushings are fluted inside and out, so when greased, the dirt will be forced out. These are a quality set of arms.

I have looked at the page for this kit and I have a few questions:
Your 31x10.5 max tire size seem rather modest compared to other suspension manufacturers offer 32x10.5 without trimming on a 4", is there a reason, other than fitment without trimming and/or different backspacing that you keep your tire size so small? I also noticed that you do not include front sway bar links, though others do and I was wondering your reasoning for this. I understand that most end up going with adjustable quick disconnects when lifting, but does this make a significant difference having stock length links with this kit? Also, where do your spring rates compare to the uber-soft stock ride? I do like that you offer new LCA's as part of a kit priced somewhat lower than others kits of around the same size without them and I am considering biting the bullet ant hopefully being your first sucess story in the WJ section of the forum here (where you may also want to post a thread about this and see if you can get the ball rolling)

Our 31x10.50 rating is somewhat modest and you will see that we had 32's on our test vehicle (255-75 R17).
![]() The key to fitting the larger tire is to use your OE wheel backspacing. When you use aftermarket wheels that have less than the OE wheel BS, more trimming is required and then a 31 10.50 fits better. The reason we don't include front sway bar links in the kit is b/c from the factory the sway bar has an upward angle and with the lift is has almost the same angle, just downward. Also, at full droop the factory length links are not overextended. They are necessary in the rear, so we include them. The spring rate is pretty close to stock to about 10% higher. The main difference in ride will come from our progressively valved shocks specific for the WJ that come with our kit. This will reduce factory "boat like" ride! Thank you for your questions! ![]() |
