That's pretty cool Are end caps that go the full original length of the bumper available ? In Manitoba the law is such that you can't run a stubby without chancing a ticket . There are specific rules for bumpers ......4" front profile that goes completely across the front of the tires . I really like the way that bumper looks and would be interested in one if it were of legal dimentions .........Thanks

Thanks for the Kudos, our widest configuration currently is 60" from end to end.

#1 Question: Is there an option for those who don't have/want a winch.

Answer: Yes. In about a week we will release the non-winch version that includes mounting points for the stock fog lights.

Q: Where do you place the stock headlights?

A: For now, stock lights are placed on top of the end caps (housings coming soon) or if you do not want a winch, or do not plan on having a winch, we have a version of the bumper (see below) that full covers the winch opening and places the stock lights where the fairlead would be.

A little update from the Vendor Forum post:

The Countdown has begun...

We will officially release our JK Body Armor including Front & Rear Fenders and Rockers at Off Road Expo this Saturday, October 9, at 8:30 AM-ish (depends on if I get my coffee kick or not).

Any "Spy" pics released before then, are, according to our Apple-like, official statement, not true. Really. Honestly.

Upon Expo Release, we will of course post lots of pics here and in the JK Tech area for your usual great feedback, comments, and quote requests.

Designated the Overline, the fenders are truly a hybrid of the Arched and the Overline fenders, breaking the rules and following non-traditional lines.



Once again, we've achieved the most clearance in the industry by raising the fender and flare ABOVE the stock flare lines of the JK. The Red Rubi is running 37" Good-Year MTRs on a Stock Rubicon -- that's no lift.



The quick release removable flares come in 8" (1" over stock width) and 5" (2" below stock width). With the flare removed the fenders have a built in rub rail.



Using the internal bracing seen here, our fenders achieve the same level of rugged rock-biting strength that has been proven time and again with our other product lines.



The MetalCloak Body Armor system for the JK includes the distinctive Rocker Rail, with build in deflector plates and optional MetalCloak Exo-Skins (not seen in this pic).



The rear Quick Release removable flares, bolt directly onto a rugged Exo-Skin that gives just the right about of extreme clearance. Additional bracketry (not shown here) creates our trademark rock-biting strength.



So there you have it -- finally -- Rock-Biting Body Armor for your JK.
