I have those numbers. Looks like it is going to be just under 60 Square Feet for the outside of a TJ/YJ/CJ. Here is the math (all done in inches, then divided by 144 to convert to feet).

So we all know what the interior of a Jeep looks like with Monstaliner. But what about the front grill? Well...here ya go.

I used a different (but similar) roller on the front and you can see that the texture is a lot more aggressive than what it would normally be. It's just one coat and the liner was pretty thick when I put it on. I suppose I could have thinned it down a little more with MEK. I did the interior on Sunday and the grill on Monday. I'm happy with the way it turned out and I like the protection it will give me from stone chips on the road and branches sticking out on the trail.

Magnetman...I'll get you some better pictures over the weekend in case you want to post them on your site.

That looks great. I think the texture is really nice. It looks tighter, but also a bit sharper. I love how clean the tape lines came out.

So... what is the thing on the bumper that says up?

That looks great! More photos would be cool, thanks.

What was the roller you used?

No problem. I even drew a tiny little diagram of each section that was measured.

Hahaha I'm going to get flamed yet again haha but uhm that mek stuff you have will it take off an undercoating....I finally got my tub off today to start working on the frame and the parts under the tub that arn't rusted have like a linex or something on them and its failing and I need to get it all off most of it is scraping pretty easy but down in the cracks and stuff its a little hard and some of the big open spaces its like cured real hard.... So yea what would you recommend for removal of this undercoating crap....

Sounds like it is just undercoating like you said. MEK seemed to tear into that stuff. It is worth a shot. I don't know if you really want to play with a propane torch, even with the body off (yep, I saw that pic... Nice man ).

A quart should be enough, but if you are going to line your tub too, I would get the gallon. I know they sell the quart at Home depot here for $12 and the gallon at Lowes (right across the street, and both only carry those sizes) for $24. 4 times the amount for 2 times the cost seems worth it to me.

Alight, I may be ordering some of the rust preventive you guys offer too. I need to do the frame and the bottom of the tub. I don't have enough Por-15...Is the stuff really as good as Por? I know its way cheaper which is sweet, but does it cure the same way and will it do the same job....Rust preventives are kind of like bedliners a lot of companys have them but only some are good...So I would like some confirmation that its a solid product because I know for a fact Por-15 is and I don't want to take the cheaper route here and regret it.

Holey lack of punctuation. Considering they included many free quarts, I would imagine that someone in here can help you out with Chassis Saver. I haven't used it yet personally, but I am planning on keeping away the surface rust by coating mine this summer. I hate NY winters.
