Actually I was asking what Magnetman answered. Was just curious if I needed to do all the seems, corners, etc on the second coat. Cause I laid it on heavy with the brush on the first coat. LOL

I didn't read it that way but you are correct there's no area that can't be touched while standing outside the jeep.

Was he not asking if it was mandatory to do second coat on all areas if areas that were tight and only brushable had already been done?

Just roll as close as you can into the corners and seams.

Ah.... OK, I read it wrong. Anyway, sounds like you have it covered from the first coat. I wouldn't worry about it since you got it. Sounds like that is what MagnetMan says too.

So that means you guys would appreciate another one

I can't wait to get started. Should be next week. Monday is my last class, and I have 1 final on Friday, and one a week from Monday.

How long does it usually take?

I will probably pull my whole interior except for my drivers seat during the week and pull my drivers seat friday after work and put a first coat on friday night and then do a second coat the next day.

Is that how it works? I need to read some instructions

Its gonna take you a solid weekend or 3 days. For me i stripped it all apart friday. Sanded and MEK'd on saturday and coated on sunday. You could probably do a first coat saturday but the pot life will be pushing it and you will have to add some MEK. Then on sunday you can do 2nd coat, let it dry and put some stuff back in.

I thought leaving the can closed and letting the 1st coat dry overnight would not cause problems with the liner in the can for the second coat.

I am going to have everything sanded and prepped in the week before so friday night I can just pull drivers seat and it will be ready.

How long does it take for a coat to dry?

It shouldnt be too bad. I know when i went back on monday to finish the stuff was still usable, but quite thick so just be cautious. I didnt add any MEK but Magnet is saying that will help.
