This spring I'm getting into a serious rust repair/rust prevention mode on my TJ, I am a previous and happy customer with a Black Monsta interior.

My qt of Chassis Saver was in an unheated shed all winter, with temps as low as -20F. Is this now unusable?

When might the next Chassis Saver buy one get one happen, Easter?

Are any the new colors going to come close to Jeep Silver?

Also, I just requested 2 color chips online, light and med quartz gray, Thanks!

So I went ahead and put on a second coat that had catalyst in it... had to leave for the weekend for hockey... just back now. Took the tape off and it seems a bit soft but I sprayed it down with a bit of water to see if that will cure it up a bit harder. If not then I guess time will tell.

Heat and humidity are enemies of CS and ML.

Either product stored in cold will be fine. They don't freeze. They will get thicker and will work as normal as long as material is brought to room temp for 48 hrs prior to use.

Next 2 for 1 CS sale will be Memorial Day.

Metallic ML colors will happen but I can not say when. From the work we have done so far they will likely work for spray only. There are some other tricks we are working on with silver but I can't discuss until we do more testing.

ML without catalyst will still get hard but it will take considerably longer.
How long... I don't know for sure. Don't abuse it.

It looks really good

Thanks for the fast response, I am still a little unsure about what colour to go with, Smurfadelic or Desert Sand are tempting as well.

If it isn't too much to ask, can I have those two colour chips included in the sample request I put in online? It was for Light and Med Quartz Gray, going to St. John's, Newfoundland.

Oh boy...without having to go back thru a ton of pages..... Question -
I have the Zombie Sunset and I AM POSITIVE I will be touching things up.....If I purchase a tintable quart of Zombie, are there ratios Eric, so I can mix smaller amounts at a time instead of the whole quart...or gallon, whichever. I am thinking there must be ratios for mixing a small amount? Being that there are 3 parts to mix i want to get it proper.

So applying chassis saver over a spray bomb job would turn out how do you think?
