WoW!! That is about the *nicest* YJ' I have *ever* seen! And I am *not* a fan of the YJ Renegade redux attempt from Chrysler *at all*!! Very clean lines and brilliant color scheme! Whomever did that did a GREAT job!!

got my package yesterday!

The box was damaged, and my can of cs was dented... but thats on ups.

I'll admit I was bummed to not find a monsta decal, but no worries. I wouldnt want to display it till I got my body done up.

you guys have just been taping around the windshield? these pics are looking very clean, i'd swear some of you had ripped out the seal around the windows and then reinstalled after you monstalined.

i have a tj: what have you (the public) been doing about the random bolts...tailgate, windshield frame, door hinges? removing or just going over them? I plan to take off the taillights, flares, soft top - what about the hood latches?

A couple reasons we laid down the black for the stripes first. One... less masking to do. If we did the orange first then we would have had to mask the whole hood. If spraying then there would have been even more masking to protect from over spray. Two.... We did the black fenders and bumpers one day, Apocalypse the next day. We wanted to do the fenders first so they would have more time to cure before handling them when they were put back on.

We did put on three coats of Apoc. We kept finding tiny black specs showing through the second coat. I think this may have been because we were a little too light with the first coat. There are some colors where it is recommended to primer first. See the colors page on the Monstaliner web site.

We taped around the seal. If you are patient it will turn out fine. We pretty much removed everything but the windshield frame, door and tailgate hinges. Those bolts we painted over... Our YJ was black to begin with so most of the bolts we removed were black and we just put them back in as is. With the orange/black scheme I think they look fine.
