whats the best way to remove monstaliner from an unwanted area?

Go to Checker Auto and get the aircraft paint remover. In a blue can near the spray paint. Spray or paint on, let sit for a 15 minutes then scrape off with a plastic putty knife.

Monstaliner I sent you a PM earlier trying to get a shipping quote to Hawaii.

I was able to use a Popsicle stick and bamboo skewer before it cured all the way. Now it is almost impossible to remove where I don't want it.

For glass I would just use this with single edge razor blade then wipe with MEK
