i have just finished prepping my grand cherokee to monstaliner it, i was just wondering though, will i need to put air holes in my hood so my engine gets more air flow since this will help insulate my engine?

Mines been going just fine with out air holes. But I do plan on adding hood vents to keep it cool on the trails

I've been running mine in the AZ heat last summer with the 6 cyl motor and now through this summer with Chevy 350 and a louvered hood, and no problems at all. Even with the heat from the motor and shorty headers, not a problem... and sun beating down on the hood with 105+ temps . Monstaliner has proven itself in the one of the warmest parts of the country.

Awesome that's what I like to hear. I'm very pumped to finally paint it up, especially because I feel like it's rare to see the grand Cherokees with it

Touched up my Monstaliner where I trimmed the fenders and also painted my door handles black.

Noticed a slight difference in the colors. But I imagine once it gets older it will look the same. Someone couldn't tell the difference unless you told them. I have a hard time seeing it myself.

I made sure to put extra liner on the edge of my fender cuts, hides it very well.
