We should probably do a review of hot weather application guidelines. Before I start a list... does anyone have any questions I should include comments on?

After much research, I just ordered a kit. I cant wait to get this on my Jeep! Planning to do ACE rails, rubi-rails, bottom edge of rockers and maybe rear bumper.

I may have missed it on this 700+ page thread but do you recommend clear coating this or anything? I know on some other products they recommend it to make cleanup (mud etc, not application cleanup) easier.

bare metal

I just did my front bumper on bare metal. I didn't see anything in the instructions that it needed primer. I didn't have any issues with the first coat. Will I have issues with it not staying on? I am going to order more to do my new rear bumper and will definitely prime that first.

I'd be willing to bet that it will chip up.

Was it smooth or rough metal?

There was rust on it so it was all sanded down. It was fairly smooth.
