Love the stuff and thanks for the awesome promo codes! Just order my 2 gallon kit and accessories this morning.

And thank you for the tips on the heat issues. We are always above 85 now here in Florida, so I know it is going to be an issue. "Luckily" we have 80+% humidity almost all the time now, so I know I will have a quick turnaround time between coats. =)

That is what I found out as well. Home Depot only carries the MEK substitute. Will that work?

Wonder if a paint company will have some. Time to look a little harder. Sure was easy when the big box home improvement stores had it. Local lowes did not have real MEK here yesterday. If I can find a reliable supply, I will post.

Yes, that's what I used and I verified with MagnetMan. It's completely fine to use.

MEK substitute is fine or Acetone also but be careful with acetone as it's very flammable

Any company brand of these things is fine

Here are my results with Monstaliner. I did my Kubota RTV bed and the foot wells. I also did the tailgate on my truck but no pics of that yet. The foot wells have a much more textured surface because I went back over them. I left the bed semi smooth.

I am looking at doing a Hardtop, Door Latches, Tub and Rocker Panels in Dessert Sand on my 2006 LJ Rubi. The jeep is Metallic Khaki and I am looking at eliminating a lot of the black on the jeep to cut down on heat as well as common UV/Weather wear areas. Has anyone done their hardtop or door latches before?

Yup, I've over 5k' here. I coated the top half of my project a month ago, as MM noted its the temp that factors in the most in recoat/tack free times. I didn't even any issue with final cure and low humidity.

I've got some more work to do till the bottom half is ready but I'll be looking for a cool day on the horizon (or start the job really early in the day) now that the hotter weather is coming around.
