How deep was that rust?
Would you possibly have a pic from any time before you did this work?

Yep.

Looks like some people are having rust issue on the rockers, even with Chassis Saver and Monstaliner. I think the simple answer is it's coming from the back side. On my TJ I had a bad rust spot on the passenger side rocker. It was right along the seam where the rocker and the floor pan meet. When I repainted I made sure to clean the back side underneath and seal it. When I did the Monstaliner I redid the seam sealer to further keep water out of the seam and prevent future rust.

Think a quart would be enough for a smaller motorcycle frame (Honda CB550) and swingarm?

Any more options for stickers other than the white oval one you send with the kits?

Dark Burnt Orange

No picture looks the same as it does in person.
I think it's the light reflecting off texture, and phone cameras suck.

But the color sample is an exact match.

Still wet and in the sun

Dry and indirect lighting

indirect lighting on a different day

This is the closest match to what it looks like in person

Almost fully assembled....

Hey magnetman, i just da'ed my bed with 80 grit paper. I washed it real good before hand and now i plan to scuff up the areas i couldent get with the da. Do you think i should prime the bed before monsterliner, or just roll it on as it sits now. Theres alot of bare metal showing, bit no rust

Love the stuff and I hope to be picking up some in 2 weeks! (Before the promo goes bye bye!) I just have few questions. And I am sure these have been answered somewhere in the last 690 pages. But that is a lot of reading. LOL

Will one gallon cover the entire tub of an LJ up the walls and over the lip? Or am I "safer" with the 2 gallon kit?

Will painting the lip of my tub affect the fit of my soft top? Or will the liner wear down over time, due to rubbing? I am just painting the top and won't go underneath.

Any suggestions for painting/lining where the rear seat locks into the tub? Am I OK still use the monstaliner in the groves and on the rods that hold the seat? Or am I better off using the chassis saver there?

Thanks!
