Check with some local auto parts stores that sell Herculiner. They may sell extras.. it's the same roller

Thanks, I'll get my hood shot tomorrow or Sunday and begin tear down as soon as I'm done moving.

Granted he's outdoors and its not like the shuntz gun is atomizing like a typical gun but damn that can still be a gamble if someone happened to have a sensitivity to the iso's. For most its probably not an issue but considering if you are the unlucky one the consequences can be lethal I'd think folks might want to take this a tad more seriously...

I would have worn a mask but like you said.. there is very little chance with spraying that outdoors that you going to have a problem. Better safe than sorry for the small investment in a mask.

That entire photo set is now here on FB

By "better" I am looking for the pros and cons between spraying or rolling. Also if you spray it on will you have a smooth finish? The texture really isnt a selling point for me.

Why are you looking at BEDLINER then?

If you spray HEAVY on the second coat you can eliminate most of the texture.
Look closely at the steering colum support. Almost completely smooth.

You'll have more control to minimize texture by rolling
