I take it you just had to go through multiple pages on my photobucket? Stuff doesn't sit on the top anymore, and I was too lazy to put it into its own folder. I will remember to do that with the next writeup (and I will get those pics you asked for). I am still on the hunt, but I am hoping it ends this week.

Much work to do this coming week on colors. I'm tired but the show must go on. I should have some more info by Thursday possibly sooner.

Yes you still get Chassis Saver

Do me a favor, please send me an email to info@monstaliner with that postal code. I will check shipping on Monday and get back to you. Don't worry, I will make it work for you with only a small upcharge for UPS to Canada and NO TAXES OR DUTIES

The reason I'm asking so much is i'm off work untill next weekend before i start a bunch of overtime jobs again and the warm weather is here and i'm wanting to do some interior upgrades/mods,but want to wait untill i have an interior coating to even start it all so i can get it all done at once while it's tore down.
I'd even be willing to be the first to put it on,take pics of the process and finish as the guinea Pig...lol
I'm still working on tintable base (still needs fine tuning to get texture working better) and matching more colors.
I'm sorry but I will not make your deadline. We need at least another week, probably 2 weeks. I will post updates this week.

Can I roll the first coat on, wait the appropriate flash time and spray the second coat to get the texture I like?
If you are going to do all the masking needed to spray, why not spray both coats?

Additionally and if your budget is flexible, think about getting the 2 gallon kit or 2 gals, no tools, and spray 4 coats if you want better sound deadening. You'll likely get 5 coats if spraying 2 gallons.

Might even get a sixth depending on how thin he goes. Couldn't he also just spray it thicker for each for each coat (like your not supposed to do for paint). You do say it won't bubble.

It won't bubble but the thicker you spray a single coat the more the texture gets filled in.
Got a really long pot life, better off just waiting 45 mins to 1 hour and spray more/thinner coats.

True true. I would assume with all those coats it would take forever to cure fully.

The thicker it gets applied the longer it takes for the solvent to escape so spraying thinner coats helps not trap solvent.
The 45 mins to 1 hour at least lets most of the solvent escape from thinner layers.

Eric,
What it the absolute best way to layer it when rolling for a thick coat?

Not sure I understand the question. If you intentionally roll too heavy, it's hard to get the best texture and the material cures "less bumpy" or not a raised than when you apply pressure under the roller. You can roll a heavier 1st coat with less texture and roll harder on the 2nd coat to get more texture.

Did that answer you question?
