After the price increase will you continue the JeepForum promo?
Your webpage gallery shows pictures of the YJ and it looks like you didn't remove the roll cage or the seat belts, Based off of yours and other peoples experience would you recomend taking the time to remove it all?
How long is the average time it takes to roll the inside of a YJ? Found my answer in earlier post sounds like roughly an hour
Correct, we did not remove belts or cage in that white YJ
I also did a 98 TJ where I did remove the belts but not the cage

It is a PITA to get behind the bars to coat in the front seating area. If I did another, as long as I had a good impact wrench and quality torx bits I would remove the cage but not everyone has the tools so that's usually the deciding factor.

Going to spray the tub inside, the whole outside(tub/hood/fenders/grill) as well as two half doors, roll bar, and windshield frame in Dark Burnt Orange.

Will I need 3 full gallons, or will 2 gallons and a quart do?

With Dark Burnt Orange how much will i need to thin it for spraying?

Should it be thinned with MEK or reducer?

Thanks,
Bryan

I still have lots of sanding, some assembly and CS before the Monstaliner goes on.

I bought some torx bits from lowes and removed everything from the tube of my LJ, I even redid the factory sealant job that globbed on! It wasn't all that bad! But I am perfectionist when it comes to certain things. I will do the exact something on my Lj Rubi but I think I am going to spray this time.

Oh well my Mac previews it and it was really small. But I just realized that I was mailed the new pricing when I got my samples

So I'm guessing this doesnt work anymore?

Can't be sure if 2 gals will do it. The extra quart would not be a bad idea but what happens if you fall short even with that

We need to come up with a method for customers to be able to split a gallon accurately and save the rest.

Hey Eric. I got the brackets out yesterday, so I would guess they will be there Monday. I showed a buddy a few pic's and he had to have some, so I'm putting in another order today.

Thanks again Ryan.

Found this back on page 222 or so on this thread.

I just ordered three gallons with the other stuff I needed. I'll have my front inner fenders prepped in case there's left overs.

Well if you ever decide to do that in south dakota for advertisment I'm working on a frame up restoration of my 81 cj7 and using a 86 tub.

Here's some stack-o-can photos (also the duct tape is the color transition I was thinking of doing between the white top and light quartz grey body). More to follow as the project progresses.
