I'd double check with Eric though. Get. The square feet if you want an accurate amount. And I know what you mean, the first time I ordered it I got one gallon and only used half of it and of course the life for this stuff isn't even 10 hours so it ended up in the trash.

Don't heat the vehicle or the ML directly or you'll risk wrinkling. I did my cargo area last year (inside of vehicle) while in the upper 40's. Had fums for a LONG time but they did go away, so cure time is a lot longer. They recommend spraying a light mist after a few hours to help speed curing though. I would make CERTAIN it was cured before taking it on our salty roads though.

Can't wait for the weather to warm up a little so I can get my tub lined with Urine Trouble!!! Monstaliner looks like a superior product compared to other brands out there. I got my sample chips in last week and I'm highly impressed with color match and texture.

Magnetman,

I was getting ready to order a 1 gallon kit of Predator (that's the correct amount for the exterior of a YJ right?) but I stopped when I noticed that you recommend white primer. My YJ has half the exterior of the tub already Rhino Lined in black. The rest is factory white paint. I did some googling but couldn't find a good answer to whether or not you can prime over Rhino Liner. People who tried had good luck with self etching primer, but I seem to remember reading in one of these threads that self etching primer and Monstaliner don't play well together. Am I remembering that correctly?

What, if anything, do you recommend I do? I finally settled on a color, but I don't want to proceed if I'm going to have less that satisfactory results. I'd honestly rather go with my 2nd choice color instead of ending up with a trashy, half-as$ed looking job.

Any insight/help would be awesome. Thanks in advance!
Cheers!

Magnetman, my Jeep is solar yellow. If Urine Trouble wasn't supposed to be a match for that color then that's one heck of a coincidence.... I may end up doing the grille, too.

I approached magnetman over the summer and asked if he'd be willing to try a factory yellow color for 00 tj. Swapping tubs on a +10 year old jeep i was sure the yellows would be faded/different so it was paint it (and cry everytime i scratched it) or line it and keep hammerin. The other 3 yellows were to lemon-white or schoolbus looking. He mixed it up and im super impressed with the job he did. My jeep looks great and i cant wait to show it off at the wheelin events coming up.

Alot of people ask how it washes, mud, road spray, and everything else comes of great, some light scrubbin with a brush is needed sometimes, i have a few spots i go some grease on it and thosebi have to scrub with degreaser before it cleans up but what a great product! Wish i was a little more ahead in life, i would totally start/join a garage to spray monsta for a living. I will pist ip some high res pics of urine trouble shortly
